Only the personal information you explicitly provide to Privacy Ready when you send an email or fill out a form.  Privacy Ready's records may be supplemented with additional details you provide to us during telephone conversations, in-person meetings, postal mail, fax, or other communications.

How do you use my personal information?
Personal information is collected in order to respond to your inquiries, deliver on any goods or services you have requested, and to maintain a list of current and potential clients.

What controls do I have over the personal information you have about me?
Only personal information you explicitly provide to Privacy Ready will be collected on this site.  Should you wish to make updates or deletions to any/all of the personal information we have about you, we would be happy to do so.  Please contact Privacy Ready with any add/change/delete requests.

How long to you retain my personal information?
Privacy Ready will not retain your personal information for longer than is necessary to support the purposes for which it was collected. If Privacy Ready receives an explicit delete request from you, your personal information will be deleted promptly (no "inactive" period required).

Please note the following three exceptions that can delay or prevent the deletion of your personal information: (1) if Privacy Ready is subject to a legal requirement to retain your personal information [ e.g. to prove a business transaction took place ], (2)  if Privacy Ready needs the information to complete a transaction or service you have requested [ e.g. fulfillment of the terms of a contract with you ], (3) if the personal information is required in order to honor an opt-out request [ e.g. if you told Privacy Ready, LLC "don't ever email me again", we need to retain your email address for our mail suppression list. ]

Do you share my personal information with others?
Only with parties directly involved in delivering products or services you have requested.  For example, Privacy Ready needs to share your name and address with the postal service, if you have requested they mail something to you.  Otherwise, your personal information is not shared with others (unless you grant Privacy Ready explicit consent to do so).

How is my personal information secured?
Reasonable precautions are taken to protect your personal information from loss, misuse or alteration. Any of Privacy Ready vendors or contractors who have access to your personal information in connection with providing requested services are required to keep the information confidential and are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose than to carry out the services they perform on Privacy Ready's behalf.

How will I know if this policy is changed?
Changes to this policy will be posted here.  Privacy Ready will notify you of policy changes, if such modifications materially change the ways in which previously submitted personal information it to be used.  Your explicit opt-in will be required before Privacy Ready would use your previously submitted personal information in a new or different way.
